The sheet of a hospital bed is soaked in blood. Including an IT consultant from the clinic. Senior Public Prosecutor Reuther recognizes that the IT in the hospital collapsed on the evening of the crime. Coincidence? Reuther finds out that the victim saved the modern clinic from total failure shortly before his death. Nevertheless, a little girl is in mortal danger. The chief prosecutor refuses to believe in coincidences and sets his sights on a programmer. Kerstin Klar and her new colleague Max Fischer follow the trail into the victim's IT company. Did the strange Carsten Beckmann carry out a targeted attack? Chief public prosecutor Reuther is clear: he is the key to solving the case, but Carsten doesn't seem to want to speak.
