Sisters Ashley, 30, and Megan, 24, say growing up they were sexually abused repeatedly by their step-grandfather, Joseph Palmer, and claim their grandmother, Peggy, knew about the abuse — but did nothing to stop it. In 2007, Palmer was convicted of 151 counts of sexual misconduct and sentenced to more than 250 years in prison. The sisters say they can’t move on until they get an apology from Peggy, who continues to adamantly deny that the abuse ever took place.
