Aarti Jagtap, a resident of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, was the first contestant of the season. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, filming occurred without a studio audience. Consequently, the Audience Poll lifeline was replaced by the Video a Friend lifeline, which is similar to the Phone a Friend lifeline, except via video call.The final episode of the season aired on 22 January 2021.
