The Macross 7 fleet has entered the orbit of the Earth-like planet Lux, and prepare to rendezvous with the Macross 5 fleet that arrived before them. Citizens of City 7 are forbidden from leaving the ship, which means Basara takes it upon himself to not follow orders and head directly for the surface of Lux with Mylene.
