Visiting Malaysia recently, Poh noticed that people eat all sorts of amazing and spicy things in the morning, and this has got her thinking: why do we eat what we eat for breakfast? To find out more about breakfast traditions around the world Poh shares amazing meals with her Indian friend Ragini Dey and Moroccan restaurateur Mohamed Bartaouch. And just to make sure no-one starts the day hungry, Poh throws in a soft boiled egg with parmesan soldiers for good measure.
