The Red Whirlwind has arrived but underneath the costume is not Juliet. Instead, the Doctor took her place. Suddenly, a stray arrow hit the doctor and instead of running away, he gave up his life to save the men captured by the guards. Meanwhile, the nobles are discussing ways in order to keep the peace in the city. One noble defended the people and was stripped of his rank.
