Scotland's Home of the Year - Season 2 - Episode 5 - Perthshire and Central Scotland

The three properties considered by judges Anna, Kate and Michael tonight are spread throughout Perthshire and Central Scotland - and they're all very different in style.
First up is a cute cottage in the conservation village of Strathtay. Formerly a holiday home, artist owner Penny snapped up the two-bed property and transformed it with bright airy interiors and added in a garden room workspace that acts as her painting studio.
In Falkirk, the judges climb to the top of a modern-day tower house designed by an architect for himself, his wife and their two children. Minimalist in style, accessories and decorative items are pared back, but there are plenty of considered design features to impress the judges.
Last pitstop in this episode is Dunfermline where there's a funky vibe to a three-storey Georgian family home that embraces 1970s style with retro furniture with clashing prints and bold artworks.
