Luis opens the Fix-It Shop and explains the concept of a "surprise" to Poco Loco, who amusingly pops up everywhere. Count von Count and the Countess perform a song, while Big Bird showcases a new invention that counts to the number of the day, leading to a chaotic burst of surprises when they reach nine. Special guest Richard Pryor shares strawberries with a child, and Leslie Mostly interviews Grover about his job as a waiter.
