Harvey P Dull wakes up to find the wallpaper falling off the walls of his room. When Funella takes a look, she decides Harvey's room is much too dull and needs a full makeover. Elmo and Phoebe are very excited and start coming up with ideas straightaway. Before Harvey can say anything, they've set to work. But Harvey doesn't want his room changed.
