Matthew, Sooty and Sweep have become scouts and Soo a brownie and Auntie Connie's a Brown Owl who gives Soo some brownie bages for completing various tasks. Matthew thinks that boys are better at stuff than girls so Connie challenges him, Sooty and Sweep to win browie badges, but things don't go too well. Then Matthew, Sooty and Sweep decide to go camping, but things don't go according to plan.
