Trisha Yearwood is being honored at the ASCAP awards show and needs a day of eating light to get ready! She starts the day with a Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast Smoothie, then heads to her wardrobe fitting with a snack of Whipped Sweet Potatoes. For a light lunch, she prepares her trainer Billie's Houdini Chicken Salad with Homemade Herbed Crackers. After the awards, Trisha indulges in a decedent Chicken Salad, Avocado and Cheddar Panini and a quick Chocolate Cake in a Mug!
