Come Dine with Me Canada - Season 4 - Episode 17 - Block 4: Erica Carinci
It's the second night in a week long dinner party war between five loud Italians and tonight belongs to cutesy acro dancer Erica Carinci. Joining her around the dinner table are bubbly coupon queen Mirella Martino, loudmouth music producer Lazzaro Pisu, outspoken gardener Lulu LoBuglio and mellow insurance agent Lou DeSantis.
She tries to keep things pretty easy with the exception of her attempt to make home-made pasta for her main; short ribs with tagliatelle. Despite not liking alcohol herself, Erica uses the Italian staple red wine in her appetizer pasta e fagioli, which is the first course of the evening. For dessert, Erica whips up a unique recipe: chocolate hazelnut ravioli and chocolate mousse.
Can the sassy spring chicken wow her elders or will she make the mistake of taking the easy road?
